This article outlines the workflow for converting end-of-day punch mode device data into a finalized time sheet within the web application.
1. Initial Upload and Synchronization
At the end of each shift, data from all punch mode mobile devices is uploaded and consolidated by the assigned crew.
Status Check: Once the data is combined, the record will appear on the Time Sheet List Screen with the "Source" icon for Punch Mode, and the status "In-Process."
2. Navigating the Punch Review Screen
Selecting an "In-Process" time sheet with the Source icon for Punch Mode from the time sheet list opens the Punch Review Screen. This interface identifies data gaps or conflicts that prevent the record from becoming a formal time sheet.
3. Correcting Errors
To begin making changes, select the "Start Editing" button located in the upper right-hand corner.

Verification Step: Before selecting "Start Editing," ensure that all mobile devices have fully synced. If you begin editing before all data is uploaded, the system will generate a separate, additional time sheet for the late-arriving data.
- Editable Fields: Any field highlighted in blue can be modified.
- Error Tracking: The Errors column indicates the total number of issues per record.
Error Indicators: Specific errors are marked with a red exclamation point (!) next to the affected field.
You have two ways to resolve issues:

4. Additional Controls & Finalizing
The following tools are available to help manage the data before final submission:
- Undo All Editing: Use this button to remove all manual changes and revert the screen back to its original In-Process status.
Print: Use this button to export the raw data received from the mobile devices into PDF or Excel formats for your records.
Final Step: Once all errors are resolved, select "Mark Uploaded." The punch review screen will then be converted into an official Time Sheet.
