Time Portal Mobile version 2.20
Windows Version
New
Filter list on Enroll Workers screen
The Enroll Workers screen now allows you to quickly locate employees by entering a value in the text box as illustrated below. Enter any portion of an Employee Name, Badge Number or Employee Number to filter the list. Tap the "x" (right side of the text box) to clear the filter.
Filter list on Scan History screen
When scanning barcodes to clock in workers or register piece counts, a button at the lower right hand corner of the screen can be tapped to display the Scan History screen as illustrated below. The Scan History screen now allows you to quickly locate scan records by entering a value in the "new" text box.
Enter any portion of an Employee Name, Badge Number, Employee Number or even a time-of-day to filter the list. To clear the filter, tap the "x" at the right side of the textbox as illustrated below.
Changing a Grower validates Location
If your system has been configured with Growers and Locations for those Growers, Time Portal will check the previously selected Location when the Grower is changed on the Clock In screen. If the Location is not one of those defined for the Grower, it will be cleared and replaced with a message "Not Selected" in order to prompt the crew leader to select a new one. When selecting a new location, the list will be filtered to include only those for the Grower but can be overridden to select from all locations if desired.
Bulk Editing of Piece Count and Piece Rates
Piece Rates
The Summary Screen and Time Sheet Summary Screen now group piece jobs by piece rate and provide a button for bulk editing as illustrated below. When the button is tapped, the piece rate for all work for the Crew/Job/Rate can be entered once and applied to all workers. This may be useful when the piece rate is not known until the end of the day.
Piece Counts
The Summary Screen and Time Sheet Summary Screen now provide an option to "Edit All" Piece Counts for a Crew/Job/Rate. This may be useful for crediting all workers with a specific piece count.
Example: If the value "50" is entered for a group of two employees, then the total pieces will become "100" as illustrated below.
Caution: This feature should not be used if piece counts are collected throughout the work day since the entered value will replace previously-collected piece counts for each employee in the group.
Grower Selection in Punch Mode Scan Screen
When in Punch Mode, the Scan Barcode screen now includes an option for selecting a Grower. Once a Grower has been selected, the Select Location Screen will allow for filtering the list of Locations to include those for the Grower if properly configured.
Fixed
Spanish version of Punch Summary option
The Punch Summary option on the Home Screen will now be displayed in Spanish when Time Portal is in Punch Mode and the language is set to Spanish.
Default Crew in Kiosk Mode
In Kiosk Mode, the "Default Crew" setting is intended to specify whether all employees should be placed onto a single time sheet for the specified crew. This feature was previously not working and employees were being placed onto time sheets for their "home crews".
* Note: Version 2.20.1 was released on 12/14/2023 to replace version 2.19.2 and correct a minor issue when loading the Time Sheet List.
