Details
1. We have improved the "Teams Name" feature originally located on the Employee record to now be a new setup table under "Lists". Teams can now be created and employees assigned to teams through the Teams setup screens. Teams can also have a badge assigned for scanning multiple employees at once on the mobile app.
2. The Punch screen has been updated with all the standard grid functionality seen throughout the rest of the app. This includes customizing columns, sorting, filtering, reordering columns and more.
3. Originally, an employee was determined to be a "Crew Leader" if they were assigned to the Crew's field "Leader". This association told Time Portal the assigned employee was a crew leader. Now, an employee can be marked as a "Crew Leader" regardless of being assigned to a Crew.
The leader dropdown list will now only show Employees that are marked as being a crew leader on their employee record.
4. An employee can now be marked with a "Termination Date" on the Employee detail screen.
Note: By including the "Termination Date" column in the Employee List, you can sort the list and easily identify terminated employees.
5. All multi-select dropdowns in Time Portal have been updated with "Select All" and "Unselect All" buttons.
6. The Locations dropdowns have been updated to include Grower associations. This new functionality works the same way as the Employees dropdowns with associated Crews. The Grower can be clicked to quickly select all associated locations.
7. The Crew Leader can now be changed on the Time Sheet. The Crew Leader dropdown lists out employees that have been marked as being "Crew Leaders" on the Employee detail screen. (see #3 above)
8. Piece rates and Piece counts can now be edited on the Punch screen. Selecting the records to be edited enables the edit buttons on the bottom of the screen.
