Web Release Update April 1, 2025

Overview

1. Timesheet Map: Resolved an issue where an error message appeared when coordinates were set to zero.
2. Timesheet Import: Corrected display issues that caused total mismatches. Totals now display accurately.
3. Worker Contracts: Time records now correctly apply contract rates using the rate ladder.
4. ADP Payroll Export: Updated to support temporary rates and improved handling of rounding requirements.
5. Rate Sources: Added Hourly Rate and Minimum Wage Source values to the Time Sheet Records grid.
6. Data Import: Introduced an "All" option for the pager setting on the Data Import page.
7. Local Storage: Improved data handling by isolating stored values per company account, ensuring users with access to multiple companies see accurate data.
8. Wage Rules: Added support for inactive wage rules. Wage rule processing now distinguishes between active and inactive statuses.
9. Import Time Sheets: The Time Sheets Import screen now includes columns for Import Date Time and Cancel Date Time.
10. Duplicate Punch Time Sheets: Fixed a rare issue where duplicate time sheets were created from identical punch data.
11. Overtime on Summary Reports: Added Overtime Pay to PDF Performance Summary Reports and also Overtime Hours and Overtime Pay to XLS Performance Summary Reports.  The following reports were updated:

12. Filter for Crew Leaders and Non Crew Leaders: Added a new "Employee Type" filter which allows for selecting "All", "Crew Leaders" or "Non Crew Leaders".  This is now available on the Employees Page Filter and also on the following reports:
