If you are receiving the following error on Time Portal Mobile when trying to login or sync, please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
Response status code does not indicate success: 401 (Unauthorized).
1. Logout of Time Portal Mobile.
2. Click Log in with Password.
3. Enter your Username and password. Click Login.
The software will now successfully synchronize. Once you have logged in with your username and password, you can now login using the PIN as normal.
The reason this error occurred is an update was made a couple months ago that requires all users on the Mobile software to re-authenticate with their username and passwords. Once this is done, the error will not reoccur.
