Updated

New:

1. Help articles are now pulled from the Time Portal Support site directly into the apps UI. (Currently only displaying in the Payroll Modules. Other pages will be updated gradually.)

Improvements:

1. Payroll Providers have been renamed to Payroll Templates.

2. Payroll Template Save Settings Button now is in sticky bar. User no longer has to scroll to the bottom of the page to save changes.mceclip1.png

 

3. Added default sorting to all list pages.

4. Hours Offered screen now has ability to Export table data to Excel where it can be printed.mceclip2.png

 

5. Users can now set their own Rounding Rules in the Company Settings page.mceclip3.png

 

6. Crew Code is now included with the Crew Name in the Crew Select Lists.

7. The Minimum Wage Column is now always visible on the Time Sheet Records screen.

8. Minimum Wage Rate on the time sheet record can now be updated through the edit screen.

9. Added Minimum Wage to Time Sheet Record Summaries tab for grouping.

10. Create Payroll Export screen now forces user to select a Payroll Template before being able to export to payroll.

11. Minimum Wage Makeup calculations now take into account overtime pay.

12. The Time Sheet Import Download Template Button is now visible when no time sheets have been imported.

14. Prism payroll integration is now complete in the new Angular site.

15. Users can now Override Status on Time Sheet from In Process to Uploaded.

17. Improved vertical spacing of elements on payroll reports. This should help reduce number of pages generated.

Fixes:

  1. Company Settings page now displays for non master company users.
  2. Entered piece rates are now displayed properly on the time sheet record edit screen.
  3. Entered piece rates are now retained when edited on the time sheet Summary tab.
  4. Corrected Pay total to not include makeup pay on payroll reports.
  5. Overtime reports now display when overtime is turned on wage rule.
  6. Corrected Hours Offered display on Payroll Job Summary.
  7. Reset Password screen now works.
