Web Release Update October 15th 2020

Improvements:

1. The Modules menu has been simplified. Payroll History and Payroll Settings have been removed and replaced with Payroll Exports. Payroll Exports will take you to what use to be called Payroll History. 

2. Payroll Settings can now be accessed by clicking the Payroll Export Settings button on the top of the Payroll Exports screen.

3. Employee Count, Time Sheet Count, and Gross Pay columns have been added to the Payroll Exports page.

4. The Payroll Detail page now provides additional information regarding the payroll data exported.

• A summary of totals such as Pieces, Hours, Hourly Pay, Piece Pay, Makeup Pay, and Gross/Total Pay are now displayed in the top right corner of the Payroll Detail screen.

• A Summary tab has been added to the Payroll Details page that provides lists of distinct values found within the exported payroll data. This is a great overview of data and can be helpful to quickly look for mistakes such as Hourly rates that should not be included in the export.

• A Time Sheets tab has been added to the Payroll Details page that provides a list of time sheets that were included in the export. Clicking on one of the time sheets will navigate your browser to that particular time sheet.

• A Crews tab has been added to the Payroll Details page that provides a list of crews that were included in the payroll export and also summarizes the payroll data for each crew.

• An Employees tab has been added to the Payroll Details page that provides a list of employees that were included in the payroll export and also summarizes the payroll data for each employee.

5. Time in and Time out fields are now searchable on the time sheet screen.

6. The data import and export performance has been greatly improved.
