1. Performance Reports

Time Portal now includes several new reports that provide detail and summary information that can help measure performance. The new summary reports, for example, illustrate the number of employees, total pieces, hours, pay and makeup pay either by day or by Location, Crew or Crop Variety. The new detail provide performance information for each worker.

Daily Location Summary

This report is available as a PDF or Excel file and provides daily totals for each Date/Location. As illustrated below, the report summarizes by Date and then Location to provide a comparison of metrics for each location on a particular date.

Location Daily Summary

This report is very similar to the Daily Location Summary except that instead of summarizing by date, the report summarizes by Location. This report is also available as a PDF or Excel file and provides location totals for each date. As illustrated below, the report summarizes by Location and then Date to provide a trend of metrics for each location.

Daily Crew Summary

This report is available as a PDF or Excel file and provides daily totals for each Date/Crew. As illustrated below, the report summarizes by Date and then Crew to provide a comparison of metrics for each crew on a particular date.

Crew Daily Summary

This report is very similar to the Daily Crew Summary except that instead of summarizing by date, the report summarizes by Crew. This report is also available as a PDF or Excel file and provides crew totals for each date. As illustrated below, the report summarizes by Crew and then Date to provide a trend of metrics for each crew.

Daily Crop Variety Summary

This report is available as a PDF or Excel file and provides daily totals for each Date/Crop Variety. As illustrated below, the report summarizes by Date and then Crop Variety to provide a comparison of metrics for each crop variety on a particular date.

Crop Variety Daily Summary

This report is very similar to the Daily Crop Variety Summary except that instead of summarizing by date, the report summarizes by Crop Variety. This report is also available as a PDF or Excel file and provides crop variety totals for each date. As illustrated below, the report summarizes by Crop Variety and then Date to provide a trend of metrics for each crop variety.

Daily Employee Detail

This report is available as a PDF or Excel file and provides details including clock-in times, Location, Crop Variety, Job, Pieces, Piece Rate, Piece Pay, Hours, Hourly Pay, Makeup Pay and Adjusted Pay for each employee, grouped by date. As illustrated below, the report lists all employee activity for each date to provide a comparison of employee performance for each date.

Employee Daily Detail

This report is very similar to the Daily Employee Detail except that instead of grouping by date, the report details information for each employee in chronological order. This report is also available as a PDF or Excel file and provides crop variety totals for each date and, as illustrated below, provides a trend of performance metrics for each employee.

2. ADP Payroll Integration

Time Portal now offers an integration with ADP. The new ADP payroll integration is available in the Payroll Module under Payroll Settings.

Fixes:

1. Citrus Pro Payroll Excel file now downloads without error.

2. Reason codes selected on mobile device are not stored properly in hours offered screen.

Improvements:

1. All payroll Excel file downloads have been updated with a new cleaner look. Column headers now scroll by default.

2. New "Customer Name" field has been added to the Tempworks payroll provider to help organize and sort data prior to payroll import.

3. Tempworks payroll Excel file now groups and summarizes data by new Customer Name field.

4. Tempworks payroll Excel file now sorts data by Customer Name, Customer Id, Skill Id, Pay Code, Employee Id.

5. A new company setting has been added and when turned on, inactive list records will be included in all select lists throughout the application.

Inactive records will be displayed with "(Inactive)" next to each record. This aids in identifying inactive records and also can be used for filtering.
