Automatic uploads

In Single User mode, automatic upload is off and the Upload automatically setting is hidden. Upload your work using Sync. Saving or approving a record does not send it immediately.

Upload your work

1. Finish your work and complete the required approval.
2. Connect to the internet.
3. Open the menu and select Sync, or select Records to upload on Home when records are ready.
4. Keep the app open and review the result.

Check the result

Clock-in time records, check approval and upload separately. Approved confirms your review; Uploaded confirms the complete record reached the server.

When no records are ready to send, Home shows a read-only status. Check Items to approve and open work as well; an empty upload-ready count does not mean unfinished work has been sent.
