1. The new Manual Time Sheet Report can be printed with a list of selected crews and/or employees for use in manually collecting employee time and production information without the use of an electronic device.  
   
   
   
   As illustrated, the report allows for selecting Crew(s) and/or employees.  If crews are selected, all employees for each selected crew are included.  Individually selected employees will be placed onto time sheets for their home crews.
   
   
   
   The printed report appears as illustrated below. Notice that blank fields are available for entering the grower, location, crop and time sheet notes as well as the work date and/or the week ending date and circled day of week.  For each employee, information for up to two time sheet records can be collected, along with an employee signature.  The notes field can be used for recording a "reason code" when employees leave early or call in sick.
   
   
   
   Tip: An empty form with no crew/employee information will be produced if the report is run with no selected employees or crews.
