How to upload your database from the About page

The Windows mobile app includes an About Page that will display version information, the last Sync time and an option to upload information to the Time Portal Support Team.

The About Page can be displayed by tapping the About button on the Main Page.

• The Version number can be compared with the version shown in the latest Time Portal Mobile release notes to determine if the app is up to date.
  
  
• The Last Sync information can be used to determine when the device was last able to synchronize with the Time Portal web application.
  
  
• The blue arrow icon located on the top right corner of the About page will navigate to the Upload Database screen. Tapping Continue will upload the local database to Time Portal's support team. This should only be used if requested by a support representative.
