The Attendance Roster is a tool that can be used for reporting attendance in Training Sessions and other events. For example, you might clock workers into a "Safety Training" Job to record the time they spend in mandatory OSHA safety training. Then, as illustrated below, you can produce a simple Attendance Roster, without any pay information, to comply with certain Auditors requirements.
In the above illustration, notice that a separate page is created for each Crew and also that, for the first crew, signatures were collected using Time Portal on a Windows mobile device. For the second crew, signatures can be collected onto the printed report.
Notice the "Date" represents the Time Sheet Date while the "Time" is determined by the first clock-in time for any of the employees on the Time Sheet.
To produce the Attendance Roster, click the Reports drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Then click Attendance Roster.
The parameters for printing the Attendance Roster are Start and End Date, Crews, Employees, Jobs, Growers, Locations, Crop/Varieties, and Time Sheet Statuses. These options provide granularity in record selection.
Note: The Query Type option allows you to specify whether a Crew filter will use the Employee's home crew or the crew for which he may have performed work, if on loan. The Employee Type option allows you to specify whether just Crew Leaders or just non Crew Leaders should be included.
The Report Type option lets you choose whether the report is generated as a PDF file or an Excel Spreadsheet. After selecting the desired parameters, click Get Report.
Note: You can use the Report Destination option to Queue the report if you believe that it will return a large amount of information. The report will be produced in the background and an on-screen indicator will let you know when it has been completed.
As illustrated below, the Excel version of the Attendance Roster can be used to provide additional details such as the actual start and end times for each Employee.
