The Worker Productivity report provides an overview of the employee's piece and hours productivity for the time period specified. It displays hourly hours, piece hours, hourly wages, piece wages, makeup pay, gross wages and pieces. It also gives you an average of pieces per hour, piece hourly rate and the makeup pay per piece.
To print the Worker Productivity report, click the Reports drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Then click Worker Productivity
The Worker Productivity provides multiple options for generating the report. Enter the desired Start and End Date (usually the pay period dates), Crew, Employees, Jobs, Location and Crop/Variety, Time Sheet Status (Uploaded, Approved, Complete), Wage Rule (If wage rules are used, you must select which wage rule to run the report for), and Report Type, (the report can be generated as a PDF or Excel Spreadsheet). Except for Wage Rule, if nothing is selected, the report will include all data (i.e. all crews, all employees, all jobs etc.). Make the desired selections and click Get Report.
The header section (1) of the Worker Productivity displays the parameters selected to print the report. There is one line per employee (2) with their payroll totals for the Date Range specified (usually the pay period dates). These include total piece Hours, Pieces, Piece Wages, the Makeup pay for the pay period and the Gross Wages for the piece jobs. The last three columns (3) provide the average Pieces per Hour (Pieces ÷ Piece Hours), Piece Pay Hourly Rate (Piece Wages ÷ Piece Hours), and Makeup per Piece Pay hour (Piece Hours X Minimum Wage - Piece Wages = Makeup) (Makeup ÷ Pieces = Makeup $ per Piece). All columns are totaled at the bottom of the report (4).
