The Time Sheet Summary summarizes the shifts/pieces/hours worked by employee for each time sheet for a specified date range. The report prints in date order (based on date range) and then by time sheet. For each employee, it includes pieces, hours, the earliest time in, the latest time out, and the employee signature.
To print the Time Sheet Summary report, click the Reports drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Then click Time Sheet Summary.
The Time Sheet Summary provides multiple options for generating the report. Select the Start and End Date (usually the pay period dates), Crew, Employees, Jobs, Location and Crop/Variety, Time Sheet Status (Uploaded, Approved, Complete), Time Sheet Number, and Report Type, (the report can be generated as a PDF or Excel Spreadsheet). If nothing is selected, the report will include all data (i.e. all crews, all employees, all jobs etc.). Make the desired selections and click Get Report.
The report header displays the parameters for which the report was printed which includes the Time Sheet Number and Date (1).
The details for each employee includes pieces, hours, the Earliest Time In, the Latest Time Out (2), and the Employee Signature (3).
At the end of each time sheet, the Total Number of Workers, Pieces, and Hours (4) displays.
