To use the Time Portal Mobile app, you must log in at least one time while connected to the Internet. Thereafter, you can log in without a network connection since your login credentials are cached offline.
Login with Password Screen
When you load the Time Portal mobile app, you’ll be prompted to log in with the user name (email address) and password which have been assigned to you by your account administrator. Enter the email address and password then tap Login to continue.
The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to enter a 4-digit PIN number which can be used for a faster log in. Once you’ve chosen a PIN number, you can either login with your Email/Password or with the PIN number. As illustrated above, the Login with PIN link will switch to the screen that lets you log in with your PIN number.

Once you’ve chosen a PIN number, you can log in by tapping your 4-digit code instead of having to enter a user name and password. If you forget your PIN number, just tap the link Log in with Password to log in with your user name and password. You can reset your PIN number once you’ve logged in.
The Login screens provide information and options that may be useful as described below.
- If the device has been used to enter time sheet data for the current date, the name of each time sheet crew will be displayed on the Login screens. When multiple identical devices are in use, this can help crew leaders grab the correct device.
- The language option can be selected to switch all the prompts to a desired language.
- The web address of a custom Time Portal server can be specified by tapping the “https://...” link.
