Each employee is pre-assigned to a crew and is automatically added to the Time Sheet when a new time sheet is created for that crew. If an employee must perform work for a different crew, Time Portal Mobile allows for the temporary transfer of employees using the Add Employees feature on the Time Sheet screen.
Tap “Add Employees”
To add employees from another crew, start by tapping the Menu button to slide out a tray of menu options. Tap the More Options... button. Additional buttons are displayed below it. Notice the Add Employees button as illustrated below. Tap Add Employees to select employees to transfer to the current crew.

After selecting Add Employees, the Transfer Employees screen will appear as illustrated below. When you choose one of the other crews in the From drop-down, the list will show all the employees on that crew.
Select one or more employees by tapping on their name then tap Ok to complete the transfer.
Please note that the transfer is temporary and only performed for the current Time Sheet. The transfer must be performed again if an employee must perform work for a different crew on another day. Permanent crew assignments must be made by the system administrator using the Time Portal web application.
