The Worker Contract Summary report shows what percentage of the contract's hours have been completed which is useful in determining where the company is in meeting the 3/4 guarantee.
To print the Worker Contract Summary report, click the Reports drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Then click Worker Contract Summary.
Select the contract/contracts that you would like to run the report for and the file type, PDF or Excel spreadsheet and click Get Report..
The report heading displays the Contract Number (1), the Date Range (2) of the contract, the Total Hours (3) per employee for the contract and any notes. (Usually the notes will contain the calculation for the contract hours. i.e 6 hrs X 6 days X 23 weeks = 828 hrs).
The information provided in the report includes the Employees assigned to the contract, the Hours Offered (4) for each employee (comes from the hours offered option which you update daily after the time sheet approval), Hour Worked (5) by each employee (these hours come from the time sheets), Hours Refused (6) are defined in the Reason Codes which are assigned when the employee approves his hours at the end of the day. (A Reason Code is required when the daily contract hours are not met. The Reason Code is defined as refused or not refused. For example, the reason "Late to Work" may be defined as refused and the missed hours would be counted toward the contract hours, whereas the reason "Weather" may be defined as not refused and the missed hours are not counted toward the contract hours). Hours Remaining (7) are the hours left on the contract after the hours worked and the hours refused are accounted for. Percent Complete (8) A great visual for the 3/4 guarantee. This is the percent of the the total contract that has been completed. (Includes hours worked and hours refused).
