Used in the calculation of the ¾ guarantee for H2A workers. The report shows the number of hours offered, the number of hours worked and the difference.
To print the Employee Hours Offered report, click the Reports drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Then click Employee Hours Offered.
A popup menu will be displayed with the print options. Select the desired options and when done, click Get Report.
- Start Date – enter the beginning date for the report.
- End Date – enter the end date for the report
- Employee(s) – select the employees that should appear on the report or leave blank for all employees.
- Report Type – select PDF format or excel spread sheet
The Employee Hours Offered report prints by Employee (1). The Hours Offered (2) are entered on the Hours Offered Screen after the time sheets have been approved for the day. The Hours Worked (3) come from the time sheets. The Difference (4) is calculated by subtracting Hours Worked from Hours Offered.
Note: For an Employee to have Hours Offered, they must be H2A and be assigned to a Workers Contract.
