Each grower may be associated with one or more locations. The value of creating grower records with related locations will be realized by mobile application users when clocking workers into jobs. On the mobile app clock-in screen, the crew leader can select a grower then select from the list of associated locations.
To create records for growers, just click the Lists menu and choose Growers. The growers list will display your growers. You can select a grower from the list by clicking anywhere on the row containing the grower name. You then click the "Add/Remove Locations" button to add or remove locations from a grower.
When you select the Add/Remove Locations button, a list of available locations displays. (Note: the locations must already be defined in Time Portal before adding them to a grower.) You can select the locations to be associated with the grower by clicking the selection square in the left hand column. You can find locations in the list by typing it in the Search field. After you have selected the grower's locations, click the Save button.
Tip: You may click on any location row within the Growers screen to review details for that grower's location.
