Assigning Badges in the Time Portal Mobile App
Often times a worker may misplace or lose their badge/fob. In the field the crew leader has the ability to assign a new badge/fob to the worker.
They will select the Hamburger Menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen, and then select Assign Badges from the menu.
Next, you can type the employees name in the search box, or scroll through the displayed list and click on the employee's name.
When the employee is selected, scan the new badge/fob and it will be assigned. When the data is uploaded to Time Portal, the employee record will be updated with the new badge/fob number.
