When an employee's Mobile App Mode is set to Crew, the main page will include the Time Sheets view that provides a list of Time Sheets for a selected date. Each Time Sheet represents the daily activity for employees on a particular crew. Although a crew leader will usually have only one Time Sheet listed for each date (his own crew), it is possible for a supervisor to track work for multiple crews (and maintain multiple Time Sheets) on one device.
- The top section provides a summary of hours, employees and piece count for the selected date. Tap on the (blue) date text to change the date.
- The Time Sheets section provides a list of Time Sheets for the selected date. Each item indicates the number of employees who are clocked in, clocked out and approved for that Time Sheet. The number to the right of the Crew Leader's name (if shown) corresponds to the Time Sheet Number within the Web Application and is a useful indication that the Time Sheet information can be viewed online.
Tap the "plus sign" icon to create a new Time Sheet. Tap on a Time Sheet in the list to review the details for that Time Sheet as well as to clock in workers, adjust piece counts and perform approvals.
