When an employee's Mobile App Mode is set to Crew, the main page will include the Home view that provides a dashboard that summarizes activity for the current date as well as the number of items to upload.
- The "Items to Upload" number indicates the number of records which have been added or updated while offline and must be sent up to the web application for processing. When an Internet connection is available, the user can tap on the (blue) number to perform a synchronization. Once all items have been uploaded, the number will reset to zero.
- The first group of numbers provides the total number of hours, pieces, time sheets and time sheet records for the current date.
- The next group provides an indication of the number of employees with activity as well as an indication of the number who are clocked in, clocked out and approved. These figures help the crew leader ensure that all employees have clocked out and "approved" which indicates they are done for the day.
