The Employee Time Sheet provides a list of work activities performed by the employee for a particular date. Each activity, known as a Time Sheet Record, includes the start time, end time and job. Time Sheet records may also include the name of a grower, location and crop/variety if configured to do so.
- The Time Sheet Date and employee name are displayed near the top of the screen.
- Time Sheet records are listed along with options to adjust times, jobs and grower/location/crop, if so configured. Just tap on a time to change it or tap the name of the job (or other item) to display a pop-up list of choices.
- A toolbar at the bottom of the screen provides options to clock into another job, clock out and approve the Time Sheet at the end of the day. Please note that these options will be disabled once the Time Sheet has been approved and uploaded.
