The Android and IOS mobile app includes various Settings that can be used to customize the functionality of the application. The Settings Page can be displayed by tapping the hamburger menu option on the Main Page then selecting Settings from the slide-out menu.
- The Language can be set to Spanish or English to change most labels and data (if Spanish names for jobs, locations and crop/varieties are defined within the web application)
- The Employee Names option determines how employee names are shown. For example, "John Doe", "Doe, John", "J. Doe", etc.
- The Sort Employees option is available when the app is in Crew Mode and determines whether employee lists will be sorted by name, employee number or badge number
- The Training Mode option places the app into a mode that will not upload information when the app is synchronized. When this mode is turned on, an option will be available to delete all data that may have been collected during a practice or training exercise.
