The Android and IOS mobile app includes an option to change the PIN number that can be used as a shortcut for logging into the app.
After the first successful login to Time Portal, the employee is prompted to enter a 4-digit number called a "PIN Number" that can be used for future logins, instead of having to enter the phone number and password. The employee can change their PIN Number on the Change Login PIN page which is accessed by tapping the hamburger menu option on the Main Page then selecting Change PIN from the slide-out menu.
- First, the current PIN must be entered
- Next, the new PIN must be entered
- Finally, the new PIN must be confirmed
Once the employee logs out or closes the app, the new PIN can be used to log back in.
